Delivery Information
LEAD TIMES. Most items advertised on this website need to be ordered from the relevant supplier. In most cases the lead time for an order will be 7-10 days from the date of the order (not including pre-ordered items). If the lead time is expected to be longer you will be informed by email. Imported items may take longer than 28 days. Again you will be notified by email in the event of any delays.
PAYMENT INFORMATION. Card and Paypal payments through this website are processed when you checkout. If any order cannot be completed you will only be charged for what is sent and a part refund will be actioned. In the event we cannot supply a whole order, a full refund will be issued.
ORDERING BY POST. We still accept cheques and postal orders. Please enclose a covering letter with your desires and name and address. In the event we cannot supply a whole order, a full refund cheque will be issued.
